Founded at the start of 2021, Grant Zaccaria and Victoria Starr established Fin Search with 25 years’ experience between them at Page Group, recruiting predominantly finance and accounting roles but also customer service, administration, business support and HR.

Grant has built a trusted reputation in understanding recruitment needs, succession planning and takes an honest and detailed approach to ensure the attraction of high calibre talent into organisations. Grant has managed large campaigns for PLCs and assisted in building finance teams for SMEs.

Victoria has a proven background in candidate sourcing and attraction with the skills and experience to match a job brief extremely well with an excellent eye for detail. Victoria’s experience predominantly comes from fast paced, high volume roles as well as project work to include shared service relocation, whole team hires and attrition.
